About me

Having graduated with a First Class Fashion Styling & Creative Direction BA (Hons) degree at Solent University, I discovered and developed my multidisciplinary skills within photography, Makeup & Hair, and Art Direction. Being interested by editorial beauty & fashion based imagery, I often let the makeup & hair design, and innovative trends, influence most of the perspective in my work.

I am currently London based, and have over 7 years of experience as a makeup artist across fashion editorial, e-commerce, campaign shoots, and event makeup. I also carry a simple hair kit, and have hair training for simple hair styling which can be done upon request.

Some of my experience/ clients include: regularly doing E-com makeup for New Look, a Spring Summer campaign for Lazy Oaf, multiple London Fashion Week shows (Ozwald Boateng, Robyn Lynch & Zeynep Kartal), as well as many creative editorial fashion shoots which have been featured in Vogue, Bricks Magazine and Dreamingless Magazine.  I confidently work on all ages, genders and skin tones, and can do makeup styles varying from natural no-makeup-makeup, to editorial, colorful, or glam!

In my personal time I've created Sanxtuary Magazine, an annual magazine and digital space that exclusively features and celebrates BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ creatives. While I was in my final year at Solent I created a coffee table book called Sanctuary which was inspired by surrealism, escapism and diversity. This book blended the conservative Eurocentric fairy-tale aesthetic and created a more inclusive story – with sexually liberated styling, independent feminine narratives and diverse subjects – with the goal of visualising surreal and inclusive spaces. . I wanted to create an escape for other under-represented people who are interested in fashion, beauty and art, so after graduating I decided to create an extension of my coffee table book, and create Sanxtuary Magazine since I realised that a lot of marginalised creatives need a platform for their work to be seen, instead of stolen.
